For a Canadian delivery enquiry, send your postal code and the products, colours and quantities you need. This helps us review destination availability and the requirements of your order.

Do not assume a local pickup, same-day service or a delivery date is available unless it has been confirmed. For project orders, include your target installation date in the bulk enquiry form.

United States delivery enquiries

Select the United States using the country selector to review USD pricing. Provide the delivery ZIP code when asking about an order, and check the selected currency in your cart.

Cross-border requirements can depend on the products and destination. Review the charges disclosed before purchase and contact us if responsibility for duties, taxes or other import charges is unclear.

International destinations

For delivery outside Canada and the United States, request a shipping review before ordering. Include the country, city, postal code where applicable, and your complete product list.

International delivery is subject to confirmation. An enquiry does not guarantee that a destination can be served or that a particular freight service or delivery date is available.

• The number of packs or wire lengths required.
• Your delivery country and postal or ZIP code.
• Your target date and any delivery access requirements.
